How much could a DWS save your operation?
Use editable workflow assumptions to compare labor time and recoverable loss exposure. Results are estimates—not quotations or guaranteed returns.
Before vs. with DWS
Your largest modeled opportunity is currently handling-time and labor reduction. Confirm the assumed cycle with a CONLIDA engineer.
Not every potential saving becomes cash.
Calculation method and assumptions
Annual labor cost = daily volume × seconds per item × working days ÷ 3,600 × hourly labor cost.
Non-pallet recovery = daily volume × error rate × average loss × working days. Pallet recovery is annualized once using 52 weeks.
40% / 60% / 80% realization factors are applied once. Negative savings are set to zero. Currency selection does not convert entered values.
